TL;DR: The Government is set to announce at 11 am a rebrand of Three Waters into ‘Affordable Water Reform’ that sees the four water entities proposed changed to 10, but with the retention of co-governance and the removal of assets off council balance sheets onto the new entities’ balance sheets.
