I do get a bit weary of China bashing in various venues, UN included, usually with little or highly filtered data. I don’t support imperialism in any shape, but it’s good to hear a rational for the propaganda that beats unchecked in our MSM. Here’s an alternative, you don’t have to agree, just good to consider :

The problem in domestic politics everywhere is that everything done is simply a distraction from the fact that Governments don’t work for the public good but for themselves. I like the concept of an “indigenous woman” ie Liz Truss stepping up into leadership at home. Because it really can’t get much worse all round and given it is women, as unpaid slaves, that do most of the actual labour in the world and for “economies” (and in actuarial sense it does count and has figures) it can only be good to have more people with awareness of the coalface being included. Such a boys club and for so long it was always going to continue to cause more harm. Who’s feeding you all tonight? I was reminded of this fact while listening to George Monbiot this weekend. All very clever dicky and entirely too slow and impractical for us to do on the ground for our selves, families, communities and countries so a luxury whereas women are more likely to deal in practicality and keeping people alive to a greater or lesser degree only depending on their class and how oppressed and controlled they are or disenfranchised from their own identities rights and resources (which men as a class like to do to women in general so they appear to remain subservient to fulfilling mens pretty perverse needs and wants…oppression). More women have been killed by men than any wars in domestic settings so liking the spectacle is one thing but quietly there is and continues to be human tragedies unfolding everywhere. I do hope people with problems of misogyny or cultural and religious limitations in this regard do not get into Parliament. I also hope Government begins to focus on these inequalities and inequities including actual economic, physical, emotional, psychological crimes and neglect here against women and children domestically instead of the pissing competitions men are inclined to “perform” for one another. It would improve everyone’s QOL markedly because whether we are literally labouring over electricity or a fire it is women doing most of it. Mens fantasy economics and domination of all things (make privilege and entitlement which they simply take not earn) really hasn’t served us. So “you go you good thing” every woman in politics especially against snot nose ignorant entitled rich brats. They don’t have a clue. I can’t even rouse any sympathy for murdered bankers or oil men or treasonous snakes in our own Parliament serving other countries agenda really. I’m more concerned about the five murdered in my area really and how far society has sunk and failed to progress for the majority and most vulnerable.
