That’s the correct term “decades of mistrust of Government”. The abuses (literal) and misused of power have led to this. It’s not an unjustified, in my view, concern that Government and weird religions and corporation will continue to capture our institutions and continue to misuse and corrupt the rule of law and exploit people and property while ignoring duty of care and obligations to the public’s individual and communities rights. Too many people have now experienced the authoritarian abuse and really fear the totalataristic state apparatus which really hasn’t served either people or planet particularly the vulnerable. Government needs to stand down from mandates and the like and start focussing on testing, treatment, borders and their job which is increasing the Public’s quality of life not diminishing it.
I went to my GP to get the vaccine as I usually would for flu when I heard Maori vaccinations where happening at the High School. THEY HAD NONE AND NO ADVICE ABOUT WHEN THEY WOULD. As a group B I then had to go to get a spare one at the end of the day for the next Tui Ora event. My GP STILL didn’t have any. Don’t tell me Maori didn’t have the choice, I certainly didn’t and GPS not being involved is MAD. Cock up or conspiracy? AGAIN. We who would usually use these systems should have been able to use our usual health providers. I also agree not every Tom, Dick or Harry should have access to medical and personal information.Especially based on race. It could be used to collect and target people politically for example. Lists of names and contacts invasions of privacy are the bread and butter of politics and marketing and I for one don’t like the tech fascism this creates and I’m sure many others don’t also. Very oppressive and can easily be manipulated and misused by the state and organisations, rogue individuals against citizens. I’m sure everyone sees the risks and relying on “goodwill” or “law” is clearly a joke.
As to the economics and banking monetary and fiscal sector do we all now know we are being herded and exploited to benefit an elite for something which is also literally not real and against our own best interests and survival particularly of the most vulnerable…yes we do. So how on earth do they all justify having done that? For centuries. This feudalism (including tech) has to stop somewhere and if Governments don’t of course eventually people with no justice, no choices, no resources, homes, free water, food or power and medicines will revolt. As they must.
