Love the comment from Jesse - where next in New Zealand? Should be Christchurch. The city with the 2nd most expensive housing in NZ, only kept out of #1 because we continue to sprawl over our farmland. Lack of apartments in the city. Pushback against the slightest hint of housing density.

He’s got maybe 18 months to improve before National’s sharks smell blood in the water.
