Much love to you and your family. How wonderful that you were able to be with your Mother in Melbourne and with those who loved her. It is always a very sad time but helped with a sharing of memories.

Please accept my deepest sympathy Bernard. Losing ones mother is the most serious of all losses. It became obvious something was seriously wrong by your prolonged silence. I did message Peter and enquire after your welfare but otherwise just waited. And covid,!! I took somehow caught covid in Melbourne. And with it flu.. more of a nuisance than anything but requiring a bit of quarantining for the sake of others as I am sure you are doing. Get well soon.. I hope your dose is not severe. Kia Kaha Frances Kinraid my thoughts are with you.

Much aroha to you and yours, Bernard. If you need a longer break, take it as and when needed. Everyone deserves the time necessary to grieve, which is rarely a linear process 💕

Kia kaha, Bernard. I'm about your age and I was with my mother when she died earlier this year, so this feels particularly vivid to me. All I can report, a few months down the line, is that earthquakes undermine foundations in ways that take time to assess. Go easy on yourself, and thanks for all your mahi.

My condolences on your mum Bernard. As for the rest I subscribe for the quality of your work, not for the quantity. So take care of your self.
