It’s disgraceful that these factory workers were still at work as an essential service. Absolutely they would be the most at risk lower socioeconomic groups forced to work during a pandemic. How on earth can that be essential? If that’s going on risking people in close confines and in a city already afflicted by a pandemic outbreak the Government needs to review whose operating. Plastic containers really? I suggest the owner invests in a fully robotised plant ,using recyclable/recycled to boot, materials for the future. Those poor people probably didn’t know that can’t possibly be considered essential albeit the pay is probably essential to them and their families. Which is why the subsidies are there for them.
