TLDR: Morena. PM Jacinda Ardern chaired her final cabinet meeting of a “horrendous” 2020 yesterday. Cabinet decided to move towards a Trans-Tasman travel bubble by the end of March, but don’t expect a wider opening any time soon, given many in Government want to wait before most are vaccinated.
