Chief Justice Helen Winkelmann is the latest heavy hitter to have taken the unusual step of making a formal submission to the Environment Select Committee considering the Natural and Built Environment Bill, warning of big litigation and legal costs to resolve the bills’ lack of clarity if the reforms are passed into law.
