It is definitely an opportunity wasted to both fix our services and create new productive assets in this oddly shaped world. But Labour like to consult a lot and act slow so I guess thats what happens. I prefer that to the austerity espoused by the opposition but would really rather they went further
Definitely more direction and certainty on public investment and infrastructure would have been welcomed and delivered more cohesion to the collective psyche. Hopefully it is simply a case of promising less today and eventually deliver more sooner or next year budget next year.
