I love the conversation but what is glaringly obvious is that we don’t seem to be backing homegrown innovation in this sector. I’m not talking about locals buying foreign tech to solve problems I’m talking about our R&D emerging from science back by public research.
It may not be ready and off the shelf but it is globally relevant if it gets to scale. Nz is a perfect opportunity to test new ideas
